Our Mission : To meet the transportation needs of all residents of Delaware County; with specific emphasis on the needs of the ADA and Senior Citizen communities. We will assist the mobility challenged residents of our County by providing them with a means of transportation that increases their level of self-sufficiency and expands the scope of their mobility. We constantly strive to go above and beyond the standard of excellence of transit services for our customers. These services will be accomplished in an efficient manner, with the safety of our customers as our 1st priority; priding ourselves on delivering quality service to all residents of Delaware County.

Mobility Coordination assists with meeting mobility needs of the individual to provide resources to ensure quality service. Mobility Management is a valuable resource to the community and enhances the overall approach to transportation services.
